33. From 7 to 9 November 2010, as member of the Working Group on the Death Penalty in Africa, I participated in the meeting of the Working Group held immediately preceding the current session. The meeting discussed among other things the Kigali Framework document and the Cotonou framework document as well as the way forward on the question of the death penalty in Africa.
